Grow kits are sent via An Post parcel service standard delivery in the Republic of Ireland and Royal Mail 2nd class delivery in the UK. There are no additional customs charges for UK deliveries.
Please allow 4-5 working days for order processing and delivery. If you haven’t received your item by then please get in touch.
In the unlikely event of a problem with your grow kit please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We may ask for photos to try to identify the problem. A replacement kit will be provided where necessary. We guarantee one flush of oyster mushrooms from your kit, although several smaller subsequent flushes can be expected.
Kits should be opened within 4 weeks of receiving them as the mycelium is a living organism and will die without proper care.
